Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) & Consumers rights act of 2015, a consumer can cancel an order placed via Subcold’s website or an order concluded by telephone within 14 days following the date on which the consumer takes delivery of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, written notice must be given to Subcold via email to sales@subcold.com. Any goods returned must be in an unused state and in their original packaging. This includes all accessories including keys, shelves, door pockets, power leads.

The original delivery address and order number must be included inside the package so it can be identified when returned.
